If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered from us and wish to return it, then in line with 'Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014', you can do so providing you inform us (by email) of your decision within 14 days of receipt of your order


Once you have informed us of your decision to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to do so at our expense with a supplied fully tracked returns label. Once the item is received at Riven Stone and Slate Signs, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods returned and with 48 hours


Returns are governed by the following policies:

a.Your return email request must be received within 14 days of receipt of goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept return requests made outside of this period

b. We will only accept returned items if they are unused and in the condition that they were originally sent. All packaging must be unopened and included

c. You must arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us to do so, please ensure that you use a tracked and insured service

The following kinds of products may not be returned to us under this returns policy:

a. any product made to your specification or personalised
b. any product specifically made to order

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned to us in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the basic rate of delivery cost
We will refund any money received from you using the same method you used to pay us
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible or within 14 days of the day we received your returned product


Faulty Goods
If your sign unfortunately arrives damaged, please report this to us as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receiving the goods/delivery, so that any necessary claims can be made with the relevant courier company involved

Please send us an email confirming the damage or fault within 24 hours of receiving the goods, along with a photo showing the exact fault or damage. We will then issue you with a free fully tracked returns label so you may return the goods to us, (excludes items over 2kg).

If your sign is different to what you had ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order. We will either replace it free of charge or you will be given a full refund if preferred

All refunds for faulty goods will be made:

a. we will either offer a replacement or a refund for the full amount that you were originally charged plus the standard rate of postage

b. refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned faulty item(s)

Please note that refunds are at the discretion of our returns department. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund. If insufficiently protected (postage packaging) on returning to us, we have the right to refuse the returned item
