Payments

When you place an order with us and enter your credit/debit card details, we will not be able to access these details in any way. We do not store debit or credit card details nor do we share customer payment details with any 3rd parties.

Payments are securely processed by paypal

Debit/Credit Card:
You can choose to pay us directly by using your paypal account funds. Alternatively, pay via paypal by using a debit or credit card instead, (no paypal account needed to use this facility). The debit and credit card link option will be visible on the login screen. Please contact us if you have any queries about this process

Bank Transfer:
Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay using Bank Transfer (BACS). Please proceed through to checkout Step 2 and select 'Bank Transfer' and submit. You will then see the following information, account number, sortcode and invoice number, (use the invoice number for your transfer reference). Once your payment has cleared in our account we will continue to process your order.
 

Accuracy of information

We will keep your data accurate at all times. To help us achieve this please, update your information as soon as you have a change in circumstance. Login at any time day-or-night to edit the information that we store about you.

If you would like your personal data to be erased, you have the right to request we delete it. Please contact us with your request and we will complete this action within 30 days of receiving your email request.
