How we deliver

All handmade orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of cleared payment, (this may take slightly longer if customised or complicated detailed design work). This may sound like a relatively long time, however behind the scenes here at Riven Stone & Slate Signs we have several complicated processes your slate house will go through until it is completely ready to leave us

Remember each sign we make is individual and specifically designed to the customers exact requirements. Some of these processes are straight forward and some take a little more time to complete for example paint curing can take up to two whole days

Memorial Products

The following items, Artificial Silk Memorial Flowers, Grave Pot Inserts, Grave Vase Cone Spikes, Memorial Grave Vases and Memorial Graveyard Decorations will usually be dispatched the same day (order before 12 noon) and have a total delivery time frame of 2-3 working days

Our Delivery Partners

We charge delivery per order not item. Your delivery charge will be clearly displayed in your shopping basket before the checkout process. We use the Royal Mail to deliver parcels up to 2kg and Yodel Direct for parcels 2-5kg; both services are tracked for extra peace of mind

We want happy customers, so we promise to provide prompt dispatch of your order, suitably packaged and securely wrapped. It is important to us that you receive your order in good condition and securely.

We do not deliver orders to the Republic of Ireland or Internationally. We do deliver nationally to the following destinations;
• UK Mainland
• Scottish Highlands
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of Wight
• Channel Islands (Alderney, Herm, Sark, Jersey & Guernsey)
• Isle of Scilly

Why do we charge for delivery?

There is no such thing as ‘free delivery’ – retailers which offer this are simply hiding the delivery charge within their product prices. We offer a transparent approach to delivery charges – by offering the best product prices, we charge delivery at cost
